United States Orders:

• Standard Express: In-stock merchandise will normally arrive in 3-6 business days after the order is received. Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. M.R. Ducks is NOT LIABLE for lost or stolen packages after UPS or USPS delivers goods.

RETURNS

At M.R. Ducks we know it is sometimes necessary to return or exchange an item and our return policy is to make it as fair and easy as possible. 

Easy ways to return or exchange your order: 

 Returns or Exchanges at our store

Whether you purchased your item on mrducks.com or by phone, simply stop by our store at 140th Street, Coastal Highway, Ocean City, MD, with your original sales receipt within 30 days to get a refund or exchange of your purchase. Merchandise must be in original condition with M.R. Ducks tags attached; M.R. Ducks will not give a refund on worn or laundered merchandise. If you do not have a receipt a M.R. Ducks gift card will be issued for the lowest selling price in the last 30 days without tax. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 

 Returns or Exchanges by mail

Please include the original sales receipt and reason for return or size for exchange. Merchandise must be in original condition with M.R. Ducks tags attached; M.R. Ducks will not give a refund on worn or laundered merchandise. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and will be billed additional shipping charges and any price difference for exchanges. A refund will be credited to the original account that was used at time of purchase. We will not refund shipping unless we were at fault.
